Dear Member of the Old Palace Alumnae,
Please find attached the papers for this year’s OPA AGM which will take place at Croydon Minster on Saturday the 26th September immediately following the Founders Day service at 2pm. The AGM will be followed by refreshments and a chance to meet and chat with friends. We hope as many people as possible will be able to attend.
As per our constitution, our office-bearers stand down yearly, but are eligible for re-election. If you wish to stand for the committee or wish to nominate anyone to stand, please notify OPA by email no later than 7 days before the AGM. Committee meetings are held by Zoom.
Similarly if you wish to raise any concerns, proposals or questions, please email at least 7 days before the AGM to allow for committee discussion.
A Newsletter covering the past year will be available soon on the Old Palace Alumnae website.
Thank you to all of you who have already signed up to our database, please encourage your friends to do the same and please pass on this information to any Alumnae friends who may not be online.
